Health Craft incorporates Full-Body induction construction with proprietary outer layer of Magnetic Surgical Stainless Steel – it is so fast you can scramble an egg in less than 90 seconds. Our competitors boast of 7PLY and 9PLY made of ordinary stainless steel with a layer of cast iron on the bottom for magnetic heat conduction. Like a cast iron pan, it’s slow to heat up and cool down, thus compromising the induction technology.
